We built AZRFO to grow wealth for our family and pursue the American Dream of claiming our own financial independence. Our objective is to develop proprietary deal flow into assets that gradually become a portfolio of alternative assets, and to learn how to have fun while doing it.
While we do provide financial education for anyone who's interested, we mainly just share what we've accomplished in our own portfolio, and try to be of service to those who need it.
At this time we don't have any education products for sale, as we're busy building our own Alternative Asset Portfolio.

Our Proprietary Offering
If you're curious about the services we provide to our own owner-operated businesses, here are our core capabilities:
Rental Marketing: We list available units of the properties we own with well-known listing sites;
Client Services: We provide a guided experience to ensure tenants feel welcomed and understand their lease and amenities;
Facility Management: We recruit maintenance technicians and support their 1099 operations as gig economy participants;
We support these 1099 independent contractors by fronting expenses for materials and supplies and by administering their services for our facilities and distributing payouts;
FDIC | LIHTC Compliance: We work closely with local affordable housing program providers to support productive tenants, including individuals who work and or are looking to become entrepreneurs
